Thinking of my cousins Pam & Stephanie, my auntie Sof, and all of uncle Danny’s many family and friends. I wish I could be with you as you take the time to celebrate such a kind, genuine, generous human with the big shindig he wanted. When I think of Uncle Danny, I think about how because of him I believed for way too long that there were alligators in the toilet. But, I also remember how no matter how big of gathering with however many people, who would always find the time to take you aside and ask you how you were doing and learn about your life. I think of how he seemed to make friends with anyone and always had friends around. I can’t think of anyone more generous, kind, and so dearly loved by so many different people.
