Condolence: Tim, Olen, Ken - I'm so sorry to hear the news. Deepest condolences to you all! The memories of growing up spending weekends hanging out with your family still remain strong with me and Katia was a huge part of those fun times. I will remember her as one who was always smiling, laughing and bringing great joy to friends and family.

Condolence: Pani Starchuk had a lasting influence on our family. We were all sad to hear of her passing. She treated our children with love and made their early days of education a welcoming and inquisitive experience. They learned so much from her...as did I. Her patience and relaxed manner, her attention to detail in enhancing the student experience, her ability to laugh and enjoy what may have seemed like frustrating situations with a room full of excited five year olds. She is a teacher our entire family appreciated and loved. May her memory be eternal....

Condolence: Dearest Ken, Olena(Mike), Tim(Megan)and all the precious Grandchildren.
It is with very heavy hearts we say so long to Kathy until we walk with her again on the most beautiful beach ever. She was a bright ray of sunshine whom we shared the last week of July with for too many years to count. She was a wonderful example of a loving wife, mother, friend and enthusiastic mentor. Our lives are certainly richer for having shared them with you lovely Katia. We send our heartfelt prayers for peace and comfort for all those left behind at this difficult time.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear about Katia's call to Heaven coming all too soon. I loved working with her at Father Kenneth Kearns School. She loved those kids and always was smiling and excited to share what one of her little kindergarten students was doing. I know that my sons and the others in his class have already been messaging each other because they cared so much for her. God bless your family in this difficult time and know that she will be smiling down at you all!

Condolence: To Ken and the family. It was with great shock to read about the passing of Katia. The last time I was able to say hello to her was at her mom's funeral.
Katia and I were CYMK members at St Elia and we both attended Eastglen school. She was in many of my classes and we always had some good laughs. Katia was always a kind, good spirited and caring individual that was taken too soon. But her spirit will always remain with you all.
Please accept my condolences. I would like to have been at the funeral but unfortunately I am out of town.
