Hello Sandy, Donna, Steve and Robbie and extended family. Norma and Zen were our very good friends especially in the seventies and eighties. Over those years we watched our families grow, supported each other, played and worked together in our West Meadowlark neighbourhood. We played a lot of cards, worked hard at community events--I remember the Bingos every 13 days! I have so many fond and loving memories of those wonderful years. Your mom was such a classy lady. I remember Zen paid you mom that compliment in conversation once and I totally agreed. She also had this great sense of humour. She and I enjoyed many a chuckle. Zen was very kind and had a strong sense of right and wrong. Gordon and he often got into long conversations about life. I have so many memories of working with him at community events and at Klondike Days where we teachers earned enough money to go on a family holiday. They even ventured to my dad's summer home in Sask. one summer and enjoyed a canoe trip down the Qu'Appelle River. My condolences to all of you. I will cherish their memories.
