Obituary for Rita Gautreau

Rita Gautreau, 90, of Moncton, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital. Born on November 12, 1919 in Barachois, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Anna (Landry) Cormier. She is survived by one daughter, Joanne (late Jim Morrisey) of Amherst; four sons: Paul (Terri) and Terrance (Terry), both of Moncton, Bernard (Laura) and Normand (Paulette), both of Dieppe; two sisters: Florine Boudreau (late Edouard) and Alice Cormier (late Ulysse), both of Shediac; one brother, René (Murielle) of Barachois; seven grandchildren: Lise, Liette, Monique, Carole, Andrew, Nicole and Janice; two great-grandchildren: Drew and Natalie, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Léonide (1988) and five brothers: Gérald, Hector, Ola, Paul-Emile and Albert. The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. ONLY. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Christ-Roi R.C. Church (Dominion Street), Moncton, on Monday, September 20, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. Elle fut précédée dans la tombe par son époux, Léonide (1988) et cinq frères: Gérald, Hector, Ola, Paul-Emile et Albert. La famille recevra les condoléances au Salon funéraire Frenette, 88, rue Church, Moncton (858-1900) dimanche de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h SEULEMENT. Les funérailles auront lieu en l'église Christ-Roi (rue Dominion), Moncton, le lundi 20 septembre 2010 à 10h30. L'inhumation se fera dans le cimetière Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire, Dieppe.
