Obituary for Phyllis Roy

It is hard to believe that a year has passed since we lost such a beautiful soul. Phyllis Lorraine Roy was a remarkable mother, sister, friend, daughter and most importantly, a marvelous wife. For all those who loved her, we miss her greatly- no matter how much time passes, that will never change. From her family, we wish all who loved Phyllis to remember her on this day. Remember and cherish all the memories you had with her. Remember her laugh, her smile and her courteous heart. Remember and embrace the love she represented. Although we never envisioned living our lives without her and our hearts are deeply pained by her absence, we will continue to honor her memory, her love and the legacy she left behind. May you rest ever so peacefully Phyllis. We love you. "We little knew that day, God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide. And although we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again" The Broken Chain- Author: Ron Tranmer
