Obituary for Loretta Stewart

STEWART, LORETTA OLIVE - The passing of Loretta Olive Stewart of Douglas, NB, wife of Darrel Stewart occurred on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on July 18, 1936 in Dorn Ridge, NB, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Berdella (White) Brown. She was a member of the Fredericton Church of Christ and the Dorn Ridge Church of Christ. Loretta loved to flower garden. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Stewart; sons, James Stewart and Gerald “Jerry” Stewart (Tanya) all of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Matthew, Samantha, Chase and Robert Stewart; siblings, Eric Brown (Anne) of Fredericton Junction, NB, Sheila Randall (Lloyd) of Lincoln, NB, John Brown (Lois) of Kingsley, NB, Katherine Lavigne (Ronald) of Fredericton, NB, Rhoda Crouse of Fredericton, NB and Phillip Brown of Fredericton, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her infant sister, Brenda Brown; infant brother, Keith Brown and brother, Stanley “Louis” Brown and her brother in law, Curtis Crouse. A Graveside Service will take place in Zionville Community Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Alzheimer Society, Zionville Cemetery or the charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
