Obituary for PATRICIA "PATTI" MARIE LARSEN

LARSEN, PATRICIA "PATTI" MARIE The passing of Patricia "Patti" Marie (Paradis) Larsen, of Beeton, ON, former wife of John Larsen, of Brampton, ON, occurred on February 14, 2010 at the Dr. Everett Regional Hospital. Born on January 11, 1965 in Stanley, NB, she was the daughter of Katherine Paradis-Bavis (Murray) and Claude Paradis. Patti was a Senior Documentation Specialist with Citigroup for 10 years. She enjoyed painting, gardening and cooking and had a very positive outlook and attitude over the past 3 1/2 years while battling another challenge, cancer. Patti enjoyed life to the fullest and was a huge inspiration to those who knew her. Patti is survived by her siblings, Danny Paradis (Colleen), Marc Paradis and Sandy Tucker (Darcy); maternal grandmother, Sadie Bourque; nieces, Alicha, Sonya, Brooke, Reese and Jenna; nephew, Jason; brother-in-law, Allan Larsen; sister-in-law, Sandra Larsen; several godchildren, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Ferdinand and Zerella Paradis and her maternal grandfather, Henry Bourque. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 11 am with Father Monte Peters and Father Aaron Knox as celebrants. Interment will take place at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Tay Creek at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
