Obituary for Dorothy Doiron

Dorothy “Dot” Doiron, 80, of Brydges Street, Pointe–du–Chêne, passed away on Monday October 10th, 2016 at the Moncton Hospital. Born on October 5th, 1936 in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Tommy Clements and Elizabeth Poirier.

She enjoyed gardening and was a member of the C.W.O. Pointe–du–Chêne.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Bernard “Bernie”; four children: Jeffrey (Janice), Janice, Allen (Linda) and Ann; several brothers and sisters: Marion, Muriel, Verna, Charlotte, Noreen, Edgar, Donald and Ross; four grandchildren: Cody, Tyler, Kyle and Cole, many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers: Reg, Alan and Merle.

By request there will be no visitation. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church, 11 St–Andrews Street, Pointe–du–Chêne, on Friday October 14th, 2016 at 10 a.m.

In memory of Dot, a contribution to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.

Cremation and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Shediac (532–3297).Words of comfort and online condolences may be forwarded through our website at:
