Obituary for Ulysse Boudreau

Ulysse Boudreau, 92, formerly of Boudreau Office, passed away on Tuesday February 14th, 2017 at the Villa Providence, Shediac. Born in Boudreau Office on March 25th, 1924, he was the son of the late Cécime and Élise Boudreau.

He is survived by three daughters: Irène Melanson (Marc Lestage), Ginette Poirier–Pitre (Richard), Odette Gaudet ( Ronald); seven sons: Fernand (Jeannine), Richard, Cécime (Claudine), Charles (Rachelle), Pierre (Darlene), Robert (Wendy), Léon (Line); three sisters: three sisters: Irène (late Patrice Boudreau), Sara (late Alcide Boudreau) and Prescille (late Émile Boudreau); 15 grandchildren: Joanne, Luc, Louise, Jacques, Joline, Joey, Sylvie, Stéphane, Cory, Patrick, Ryan, Samuel, Janelle, Jérémie, Sacha and nine great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his spouse, Anita Melanson (2007); two sisters: Flora, Adélina; five brothers: Jacob, Willie, Robert, Ola and Euclide; one daughter, Rita and one grandson, Mathieu; two sons in–law: Jean–Paul Poirier and Robert Melanson.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac on Sunday February 19th from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm only. The funeral mass will be celebrated at the St–Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 415 Main Street Shediac on Monday February 20th at 10:30 am.

In memory of Ulysse, a contribution to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or to the Villa Providence Foundation would be appreciated.
