Obituary for Barry Dobson

1965–2017
Barry Hervé Dobson, 52, of Moncton, passed away suddenly on Saturday June 17, 2017 at the Moncton Hospital. Born on February 16, 1965 in Moncton, he was the beloved son of Noël Anne (LeBlanc) Dobson and the late Lloyd Dobson.

Barry worked as a custodian at Bernice MacNaughton High School. A wonderful dad and friend, he enjoyed gardening, camping and his pool, as well as his Montréal Canadians and his favorite music, RUSH.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Monique (Landry) LeBlanc; three sons: Lucas, Ryan and Logan; two daughters: Josée and Janelle; one brother, Gary (Susan); one sister, Daphna Harris (George); his four legged friend, Max, as well as many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Besides his father, he was predeceased by one infant brother, David.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858–1900) on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday from 11 am until time of departure (11:45). The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church, 330 Dominion Street, Moncton on Wednesday June 21 at noon.
