Obituary for Francis Isaac

With heavy hearts, the family of Francis Isaac announces his passing, which occurred on Friday, June 16th, 2017, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Francis was born in Saint John on September 29, 1948; a son of the late Francis and Mary (Tibbet) Isaac, and the loving husband of Marlyn (Magee) Isaac.

During his working years, Francis was an Electrician at Saint John Shipbuilding, and a proud member of IBEW Local 2282.

Along with his wife Marlyn, Francis is survived by his children; David and Melanie, Susan and Steve, brothers Tom and Judi, Tim and Liz and Troy, as well as several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Francis had many interests, first and foremost was his family. He was very interested in the lives of his children and enjoyed travelling with them to Disney World and Las Vegas. He loved corny jokes, cooking, computers, Billy Joel music played loud and family barbecues.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to all their friends and family for their care and support.

Although there is no visitation, family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service, which will be held from Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646–2424) on Thursday, June 22nd at 2:00pm.

For those who wish, remembrances to Saint John SPCA Animal Rescue would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences may be placed at www.fundyfuneralhome.com
