Obituary for Esther Doran

With sadness and celebration of a life well lived, the family of Esther Mae Doran, age 73, of Hampton, NB, announces her death which occurred on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Keswick Ridge, NB, on August 1, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Douglas and Clara (Palmer) Gordon.

Esther is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Donald Doran; sister Catherine Buck of Ottawa, ON; brother Murray Gordon of Keswick Ridge, NB; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506–832–5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB, and will be held privately. A family interment will take place on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 10:30AM in Mactaquac Baptist Cemetery, Keswick Ridge, NB.

Donations in memory of Esther may be made to the Saint John SPCA Animal Rescue League or to the memorial of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences to the family and donations may be made through ReidsFH.com
