Obituary for Mary White

Mary Geraldine White of Greenfield NB, widow of the late Gerald White passed away on Thursday morning at the Upper River Valley Hospital. Born on January 24, 1924 in Lower Brighton, NB to the late Earl and Welthy (Moorehouse) Brown.

Survived by her daughters Betty Brown (Ronald) of Summerfield, Sandra Rattray of Lakeville, and son Harold White (Janet) of Kanata, ON. Grandchildren: Kevin Brown (Denise)of Summerfield, Jane Carlisle (Mike) of Greenfield, Andrea Murnaghan (Jason) of PEI, Lorena Rattray (Evan) of Quispamsis, Ronald Rattray of Fredericton, Mariana Rafael–White of Kanata, ON and Gerry Rafael–White of Kanata, ON. Great grandchildren: Shelby Brown, Liam, Emma, Aiden Murnaghan, Winnie Hachey, one sister –in–law Esther Brown of Lower Brighton and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband and parents, she is predeceased by her son–in–law Wayne Rattray, sisters: Tressa Crealock, Doris Dickinson, brothers Gilbert and Willis Brown.

Visitation will be held from the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville on Sunday, August 13, 2017 from 2–4 & 7–9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from the chapel on Monday, August 14 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Mary Taylor officiating. Interment to follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Geraldine's memory can be made to Lower Greenfield Cemetery or to the Summerfield United Church.
