Obituary for Louise Cormier

1938 ~ 2018
Cocagne, NB – Louise Cormier, 79, passed away peacefully at Dr. Georges–L.–Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday, February 11, 2018, after a lengthy illness. Born in Haute–Aboujagane, NB, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Doris (LeBlanc) Leger.

Louise will be missed by her son, Denis Cormier of Ottawa, ON; her sister , Greta Soucy (Ken Forrest) of Seattle, USA; her two sisters–in–law, Jeannita Cormier (late Paul) of Mass. and Bertha Cormier (late Édouard) of Bouctouche; her brother–in–law, Valmond Babineau (late Antoinette) de Mass; also by several nephews and nieces.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Noé; her sister, Betty (Albéo).

Visitations will be held at St–Pierre–de–Cocagne slumber room, on Monday, February 19, 2018 from 2 pm until time of funeral service at St–Pierre–de–Cocagne Roman Catholic Church at 4 pm. A reception will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. The family invites you to sign an online book of condolences at: www.funerairepassagefuneral.ca.
