Obituary for Nathan Stewart

It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nathan Darrell Stewart, of Charters Settlement, New Brunswick. Nathan passed away unexpectedly at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Sunday, February 11th, 2018. He was born on January 23rd, 1986.

He is survived by his parents, Darrell and Darlene Stewart of Lincoln, N.B.; his sister, Alicia Stewart of Fredericton, N.B., who he cherished; the love of his life, his fiancée, Amanda MacDonald, of Charters Settlement, N.B., and their beloved pug, Wilbur; his grandmother, Audrey Stewart of Petitcodiac, N.B.; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Nathan was the life of every party. He lived to tell jokes and make people laugh with his unique and outrageous dance moves. He spoke only kind words of anyone he met. He cared deeply for his family and friends and would do anything for them. He always had everyone’s back. He was a true Toronto Maple Leaf and New England Patriots fan and enjoyed gatherings in his epic man cave to watch sporting events. He was an avid carpenter, constructing numerous beautiful projects for family and friends.

Nathan received a Civil Engineering degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2009 and worked as a civil engineer for Defence Construction Canada at 5CDSG Gagetown where he will be sorely missed by his friends and colleagues.

Nathan will be deeply missed. He has left a lasting impression on all that were blessed to know him.

Visitation will be held at the Lincoln Baptist Church on Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 2 – 4 pm and 6 – 8 pm. The funeral service will be held at the Lincoln Baptist Church on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 2 pm with Pastor Steve Ranni officiating and Pastor Rick Thomas assisting.

Memorial donations can be made to Fredericton Jump Start Canadian Tire. Online condolences may be made at www.oromoctofh.com.
