Obituary for Myrrhina Robichaud

(1929–2018)
SAINT–LOUIS–DE–KENT, NB – Myrrhina Robichaud, 88, of Saint–Louis–de–Kent passed away at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste–Anne–de–Kent on Friday, June 1, 2018. Born in Saint–Louis, she was the daughter of the late Theodule Daigle and late Marguerite (Daigle) Daigle.

Myrrhina was an avid volunteer, always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone that needed her. In her spare time she loved to knit, play cards and play bingo.

Myrrhina will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Christiane Vautour (Arnold), Marie–Thérèse Robichaud (Albert), Michele Robichaud all of St. Louis; three sons, Serge Robichaud (Nora) of St. Louis, Jacques Robichaud (Barb) of Newfoundland, Jean–Claude Robichaud (Pauline) of Moncton; five grandchildren, Emilie, Dania, Denis, Noah and Danica. She is also survived by four sisters, Simonne O’Dwyer (late Patrick) of St. Louis, Gilberte Daigle of Shediac, Constance Bourgoin (late Alonzo) of St. Basile, Jeanne D’arc Daigle of Shediac; her two brothers, Robert Daigle of St. Louis and Rosaire Daigle (late Andréa) of St. Louis, many sisters–in–law, brothers–in–law, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Leo Robichaud, an infant daughter, Christiane and one brother, Hugh.

Visitation will be held at Thompson Memorial Home, Saint–Louis–de–Kent on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm, Tuesday from 9:00 am until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 11:00 am, St. Louis des Français Roman Catholic Church, Saint–Louis–de–Kent.

Donations in Myrrhina’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society.

Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523–4252).
