Obituary for Glenn Trites

Glenn Robert Trites, 50, of Indian Mountain, passed away un-expectedly on Thursday, August 2, 2018. Born in Moncton, he was the son of Carl and Leenie (Stevens) Trites of Indian Mountain.

Glenn was a diesel mechanic who owned his own garage. He was always there to lend a helping hand to customers and friends. Glenn had a huge heart, loved life, was a happy go lucky person, hardworking and always on the go. He enjoyed travelling, hunting, fishing and working in the maple sugar woods. His greatest joy was his friends and family, especially his precious grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Carl and Leenie, Glenn will be sadly missed by his spouse, Diane Beers; daughter, Jessica Trites (Shawn Chevarie) of Richibucto; stepchildren, Cody Beers and Alyssa Beers; grandchildren, Pazelee Trites and Mason Chevarie; sisters, Anna Urquhart (Glen) and Lisa Brown (Tony); brothers, Randall Trites (Linda) and Scott Trites (Tarina); several nieces, nephews and extended family members. Glenn was predeceased by his infant brother, Darren.

Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858–1995) on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A Service to celebrate and honour Glenn’s life will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 77 Hildegard Drive, on Monday, August 6, 2018 at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Dale Thistle officiating. Interment will be in Stilesville Cemetery on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 4:00 pm.

In memory of Glenn, donations to the Canadian Wildlife Federation would be appreciated. Online condolences for the family may be shared at www.fergusonsfuneralhome.com
