Obituary for Dosithé Cormier

1954–2018
À sa résidence, le mercredi 5 décembre 2018, à l’âge de 64 ans, est décédé Dosithé Cormier de Shediac et autrefois Bas–Cap–Pelé. Né à Cap–Pelé le 2 décembre 1954, il était le fils de feu Albénie D.T. and Adéline (Vautour) Cormier.

Il avait travaillé pendant 25 ans à la « Glass Factory » à Scoudouc.

Il laisse dans le deuil trois frères: Eric (Ella) de Barachois, Évariste (Yvette) de Boudreau Ouest et Jean A. de Bas–Cap–Pelé; deux soeurs: Diana Clarke (Don) de Mississauga, ON et Marcelline Nowlan (Ron) de Moncton, ainsi que plusieurs nièces, neveux, cousins et cousines.

Outre ses parents, il est Il fut précédé dans la tombe par un frère, Odias et une sœur, Yvrette Duguay.

La famille recevra les condoléances au Centre funéraire et de crémation Frenette, 2642 chemin Acadie, Cap–Pelé (577–3297) le dimanche 9 décembre de 14h à 16h et lundi de 9h30 jusqu’à l’heure du départ. Les funérailles seront célébrées en l’église Ste–Thérèse–d’Avila, 2648 chemin Acadie, Cap–Pelé le lundi 10 décembre 2018 à 10h30.

En mémoire de Dosithé, une contribution à la Fondation des maladies du cœur du Nouveau–Brunswick ou à la Paroisse Ste–Thérèse d’Avila serait appréciée.

Dosithé Cormier, 64, of Shediac and formerly of Bas–Cap–Pelé passed away on Wednesday, December 5th, 2018 at his residence. Born in Cap–Pelé on December 2nd, 1954, he was the son of the late Albénie D.T. and Adéline (Vautour) Cormier.

He worked at the Glass factory in Scoudouc for 25 years.

He is survived by three brothers: Eric (Ella) of Barachois, Évariste (Yvette) of Boudreau Ouest and Jean A. of Bas–Cap–Pelé; two sisters: Diana Clarke (Don) of Mississauga, ON, and Marcelline Nowlan (Ron) of Moncton, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Odias and a sister, Yvrette Duguay.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap–Pelé on Sunday, December 9th from 2 to 4 pm and Monday, from 9:30 am until time of departure. The funeral mass will be celebrated at the Ste–Thérèse–d’Avila Roman Catholic Church, 2648 Acadie Road, Cap–Pelé on Monday, December 10th, 2018 at 10:30 am.

In memory of Dosithé, a contribution to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Ste–Thérèse d’Avila parish would be appreciated.
