Obituary for Faye Collins

Faye Collins passed away peacefully at the Campbellton Nursing Home on January 4, 2019 at the age of 91.Faye was born in Campbellton, daughter of the late of the late Elizabeth and Thomas Collins.

Faye was predeceased by: her parents Thomas and Elizabeth Collins; her brother Robert Collins; her sisters Leona Hicks; Marguerite Dawe; Irene Walsh; Lima McBrearty; and Theresa (Peg) LeBlanc. Faye was also predeceased by her nephews Michael Collins and Thomas McBrearty.

Faye will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Faye was a graduate of St. Mary’s Academy in Newcastle. Following her return to Campbellton, Faye was active in the community and was a member of the St. Thomas CWL and the Campbellton Curling Club.

Funeral Service will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Church at a later date.

The family would like to thank the Campbellton Nursing Home and their staff for their wonderful care.

Donations can be made to the Restigouche County Volunteer Action Association in lieu of flowers.
