Obituary for Lawrence “Larry” Cook

It is with sadness, we announce the passing of Lawrence “Larry” William Cook who died peacefully at his residence on Sunday, February 10, 2019. He was born in Saint John, NB on July 26, 1949, a son of the late Fred and Muriel (Rafter) Cook and husband of Carol (Adair) Cook.

Larry is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Carol; daughters: Kelly (Jeff) Mitton, Laurie (Scott) Mercer, Jamie Cook (Trent Seeley) all of Sussex; grandchildren: Kirsten Mitton (Joe Dunfield), Jessica (James) Noade, Keaton Cook (Julia Boyd), Mercedes Mercer (John Desrosiers), Cheyenne Mercer; great-grandchildren Lexie Gallant, Ruby Dunfield; brothers: Brent (Raelene) Cook, David (Christine) Cook, Burton (Judy) Cook; brothers-in-law: Richard, David, Kenny-Paul, Billy, Michael, Philip; sister-in-law Mary; his best friend Jesse the German Shephard as well as several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex (506-433-1176). All services will be held privately.

Donations in memory of Larry may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society. Condolences to the family and donations may be made through WallaceFuneralHome.com
