Obituary for Freda Flemming

Freda Flemming, 75, of Shediac, passed away on Sunday, April 14th, 2019 at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC, Moncton. Born in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Jim and Eva (Cormier) Fougère.

She was a devoted catholic.

She will be sadly missed by her two children: Robert (Michelle) of Shediac and Monique Flemming-Gomes (Aaran) of Moncton; four sisters: Claire Garrett (late Walter) of Montréal, QC, Sara Fergusson (William) of Moncton, Noëlla Brydges (Wayne) of Maitland, ON and Rachel Vautour (Marcel LeBlanc) of Grand-Barachois; four brothers: Léonce (Jacqueline), Émile, Paul (Janice) and Ovide (Olia) all of Shediac; four grandchildren: Ashley (Adrian), Steven, Felicia (Kevin) and Angela; one great-granddaughter, Macey, as well as several nieces and nephews

She is predeceased by her husband, Jack; four sisters: Yvonne, Élizabeth, Rita and Élise; two brothers: Vincent and Gérald.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac on Wednesday, April 17th, 2019 from 7 pm to 9 pm only. The funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 415 Main Street, Shediac on Thursday, April 18th, 2019 at 11 am. Interment will be in the St-Joseph cemetery, Shediac.

In memory of Freda, a contribution to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
