Obituary for Claude LeBlanc

1950–2019
Claude LeBlanc, 68, of Dixon Point, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, at the Dr Georges–L–Dumont UHC on Thursday, April 18, 2019. He was married to Carmella (Melanson) LeBlanc. Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of the late Patrice and the late Zella (Collette) LeBlanc.

Claude was much loved by his family and friends and will be sadly missed by his wife, Carmella, his children; Charline Ferguson (David) of Dixon Point, Michelle LeBlanc (Rhéal Jaillet) of Dieppe, Jacques (Tania) of Moncton, his grandchildren; Alex and Caroline. He also leaves to mourn his sisters; Jeannine Bastarache (late Jean–Paul «cowboy»), Pauline Richard (Maurice), Denise Bourque (Gérard) all of Bouctouche, his brother, Rhéal of Dixon Point and several nieces and nephews.

Claude was predeceased by a sister, Diane.

Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche, on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 2 to 4 and from 5:30 to 6:45 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held in the Saint–Jean–Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche, on Wednesday, April 24 at 7:00 pm.

In Claude’s memory a donation can be made to the NB Lung Association.
