Obituary for Douglas Logan

Douglas A. Logan, 86, passed away at Loch Lomond Village – Cedar House on Friday, May 10th, 2019.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Nedra (Sherwood), son Timothy (Linda), daughter Kitara Dearborn (Skip), grandchildren Christopher and Meghan Logan, Charlie, Barry, and Angeleah Dearborn.

Doug was predeceased by his parents Leonard and Leah (Foster) Logan, sisters Eleanor, Elodie, Frances Baird, and Phyllis Davidson, along with brothers Hartley, Norman, and William.

Retired from NBTel, he then enjoyed golfing, fishing, and volunteering at Habitat for Humanity in Florida, and Saint John.

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitation on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. The memorial service will be held on Friday at 2 p.m., from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel, with a reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to RiverCross Church, or a charity of your choice.
