Obituary for Linda Moore

It is with sadness to announce the passing of Linda Joanne (Murdie) Moore, which occurred due to a house fire, on April 12, 2019 in Midland, NB, that also claimed the life of her beloved husband Gordon Reid Moore. Born in Saint John, New Brunswick she was the daughter of the late James and Agnes (Nice) Murdie.

Linda and Gordon moved to Midland 13 years ago and enjoyed the solitude and peace of nature. Linda worked as an LPN at Ridgewood Veteran’s Wing for many years.

Survived by her son Alexander Moore; daughter Crista McNulty (Sean); grandchildren Kaylen-Elizabeth and Sadie; brothers Robert Murdie, Ralph Murdie and Mark Murdie; sister Margaret Lockerbie; nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Gordon and Linda’s lives will be held at Fundy Funeral Home Reception Centre, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. www.fundyfuneralhome.com
