Obituary for Evelyn Boone

It is with deep sadness and loss that the family of Evelyn Boone announce her death at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Thursday, May 16th, 2019 at the age of 86. Born in Gagetown, NB, on October 27th, 1932, she was the wife of the late Ernest Boone.

Evelyn leaves behind her brother, Robert Nash of Gagetown, NB; sister, Viola Paul of Sydney, NS; her grandchildren and great grandchildren; many loved family members, some related and some chosen by Evelyn; and special friends, Lori, Beryl, Grace, Peter, and Rob.

In addition to her husband, Ernest, Evelyn was predeceased by her parents, James and Lena (Sabattis) Nash; sons, Ernie and Ranford Boone and Arnold Nash; siblings, Julie, Dan, Tom, Bessie, George, William, Eva, and Henry.

Visitation will be held at Oromocto Funeral Home on Monday, May 20th, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. A memorial service will be held from the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, May 21st, 2019 at 2 pm with Rev. Bob Johnson officiating.
