Obituary for Roxana Marie Hodgin

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Roxana Marie Hodgin which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, May 20th, 2019. Born 1956, in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late William and Marie (Dixon) Hodgin. Roxana loved animals, especially dogs.

Roxana is survived by her sisters Sherry Fouchere and Marina Ramsay (Russell) of Saint John; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.

Besides her parents, Roxana was predeceased by her sister Kimberly Totton, brother–in–law Merrill Fouchere and her beloved dog Sparky.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646–2424). A Memorial Service will take place at St. Mary and St. Bartholomew’s Church (646 Westmorland Road) on Friday, May 24th at 11 a.m. The family will receive visitors 1 hour prior to service. Interment will take place at Hampton Rural Cemetery.

Donations in memory of Roxana may be made to the SPCA–Animal Rescue, Trinity Church Steeple Restoration Fund (115 Charlotte Street) or to the charity of the donor’s choice. To send a message of condolence please visit www.fundyfuneralhome.com
