Obituary for Marilyn Mosher

1946-2019
Marilyn Joyce Mosher of Riverview, NB passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease at The Moncton Hospital on Friday, May 24, 2019 at the age of 72. Born in Moncton she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Martha A. (Dixson) Mosher.

Marilyn was employed with the Federal Government in Fredericton. An avid reader and book collector, also a long time blood donor and worldwide traveler. She was known to her best friends as "Mickey" and will be missed by all.

Survived by sister, Doris Mosher of St. Stephen; two brothers, Gordon Mosher (Patty) of Riverview and Roger Mosher (Charmaine) of Moncton; niece, Terri Frazee (Shawn) of Riverview; grand nieces, Chelsea and Taylor Frazee.

In honour of Marilyn there will not be any public services held. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.

A special Thank-You to Monarch and Canterbury Hall for their kindness and compassion during Marilyn's stay, the doctors and nurses of the Moncton Hospital palliative care unit, Dr. Marie Josée Breau and best friends Linda and Janet. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

Donations in Marilyn's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
