Obituary for Guilmond Morin

Unexpectedly at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, NB, Sunday, June 9, 2019 Guilmond Joseph Morin of Valley Road, NB. He was born at Madawaska, NB on February 17, 1941, son of the late Andre and Lottie (Durepos) Morin.

Guilmond is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Kathy (Ross) Morin, two step-children, Mary Dow (Tim) and Paul Mohan (Terri), cherished grandchildren, Graham and Griffin Dow. Sisters, Velma Morin, Rina Swidersiki (Bill), Therese Trafton (Errol), Murielle Smith (Paul) and Vivian McLeod (Ken). Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Guilmond was predeceased by brothers, Gerard Morin, Benoit Morin and sister Diane McCutcheon.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated from the Saint Andrews Roman Catholic Church, St. Andrews, NB on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 1:00 PM. No visitation will be held. Interment at the Milltown Catholic Cemetery, Barter Settlement, NB at 4:00 PM.

For those who wish, remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated. Remembrances and condolences may be sent to the family online at www.mehanfuneralhome.ca
