Obituary for M. Connie English

While we appreciate a life well lived; we grieve for the passing of Mary Constance English which occurred on Monday, June 10, 2019 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on July 21, 1925, she was a daughter of the late John and Helen (Kelly) English.

Connie was employed with Lantic Sugar as an Office Clerk in the shipping department. She was a woman of faith and an active member of Holy Trinity Parish being a member of the CWL for many years. She was also a member of Miraculous Medal, the ICCA and past Meals on Wheels volunteer.

Connie will be remembered by her brother Richard (Marlene) English, nieces Jennifer, Kathryn and Sarah, along with members of her extended family.

Besides her parents, Connie was predeceased by her step-mother Grace English, brother Brian and infant sister.

Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) where visitation will be take place on Wednesday, June 12, at 4PM to 7PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, June 13 at 12 from Holy Redeemer Parish, 316 Somerset Street, with interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
