Obituary for Rhéal Cormier

Rhéal Cormier, 64, of Cocagne and formerly Cap-Pelé passed away at the Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, June 11, 2019. Born in Cap-Pelé, he was the son of the late Georges and Léa (LeBlanc) Cormier.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time outdoors. He loved listening to music.

He is survived by two sisters: Dora Cullen (late Robert) of Cap-Pelé and Aurella Breau (Joe) of Port Colborne, ON; six brothers: Donald (Alfreda), Yvon (Rose) and Bernard (Rita) all of Shemogue, Paul-Hubert (Roseline) of Cap-Pelé, Roméo (Alma) of Dieppe and Adrice (Karen) of London, ON; caregivers of 34 years: Alice and Donald Robichaud of Cocagne and their children: Paul and Michel (Lise), as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2648 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 from 9 to 10:45 am. The funeral will be celebrated at the Sainte-Thérèse-d’Avila Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 11:00 am. Interment will be in parish cemetery.

In memory of Rhéal, a contribution to the Centre Habiletés du Sud-Est Inc. would be appreciated.

Cremation and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Cap-Pelé (577-3297). Words of comfort and online condolences may be forwarded through our website at: www.frenettefuneralhome.com
