Obituary for James Gullison

The passing of James “Jim” Richard Gullison of Williamsburg, NB, occurred on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at his home. Born on August 11, 1947 in Williamsburg, NB, he was the son of the late Leonard and Margaret (Dorcas) Gullison. Jim operated heavy equipment for the NB Department of Transportation. He was a great outdoorsman, he loved to hunt, fish and four wheel.

Jim is survived by his daughter, Ginette Gullison (Jean Pierre LaCroix); son, Dennis Gullison (Natalie Dyer-Gullison); step daughter, Shandra Calhoun; step son, John Calhoun; grandchildren, Keralee, Ryleigh, Saylor, Chase and Maddy; sister, Lori; brothers, David, Rodney, Timmy, Terry and Haleigh; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased son, Reggie; brothers, Donnie and Glen.

Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Monday, June 17, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Celebration of Life will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 2 pm with Rev. Justin Beesley officiating. Interment will take place in Williamsburg Community Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
