Obituary for Margaret Mulvina

Born December 24, 1925 passed May 25, 2019 at 93 years plus. (Nancy) as she was known was the widow of George R. Mulvina of Lepreau N.B. Nancy was the youngest child of Mary and Ernest O’Brien (deceased) a well-known family of Dalhousie N.B. She was also predeceased by her brother Gordon and sisters Loretta (Bobby) and Irene. Nancy is survived by one son Robert Brian Mulvina (Elizabeth J MacCready).

Nancy was known for her kindness and generosity and had many great and loyal friends. She was also a surrogate mother to her nieces and nephews and many of the community children giving meaningful guidance and setting a loving example.

Nancy was interred on June 10, 2019 with an intimate graveside service attended by family and lead by Fundy Funeral Home.

The family would like to thank the management, nurses and staff of Dr.V.A. Snow Center for their incredible love and care shown to Nancy during her stay there. Words cannot describe our deep appreciation. Also a Thank You to those involved with the preparations at Lepreau Cemetery.

Mother will be missed by all who knew her; there will surely be an extra twinkle in the northern sky from now on. Bye Mumsie.

Anyone wishing to forward comments or condolences for Nancy may do so through Fundy Funeral Home, Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB E2J 2E7. (506) 646–2424
