Obituary for David Gray

1934-2019
At the Charles Lemoyne Hospital in Greenfield Park, Qc, on Thursday, June 13th, 2019 at the age of 84, passed away Mr. David Etienne Gray of Campbellton, husband of Mrs. Jeannette (born Ouellette) Gray. He was the son of the late Angeline (born Lagacé) and the adoptive father late Frederick Gray.

Besides his wife Jeannette, he will be sadly missed by his children: Rosaline of Longueuil, Jacqueline (Sylvio Savoie) of Longueuil, Corinne (late Marc Auger) of Montreal, Ronald (late Gisele Thibeault)(Carole Laurin) of Longueuil, Donald (Linda Deschatelets) of Longueuil, Celine (Charles Dube) of Campbellton, Etienne (Lise Paquette) of Terrebonne, Denis (Marie-Line Theriault) of Longueuil, Michel (Sylvie St-Ours) of Campbellton and Charles (Line Rivard) of Varennes; his daughter-in-law Rejeanne Paquette of Princeville; his 21 grandchildren and his 23 great-grandchildren; his sister Sadie (late Carl Theriault) of Val d’Amour also by many members of the Ouellette family, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was predeceased by his son Robert and his parents.

Funeral mass was held on June 18th, 2019 in the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Church, Campbellton, and celebrated by Father Morrison.

À l’Hôpital Charles Lemoyne de Greenfield Park, Qc, le jeudi 13 juin 2019, est décédé à l’âge de 84 ans, M. David Etienne Gray de Campbellton, époux de Mme Jeannette (née Ouellette) Gray. Il était le fils de feu Angeline (née Lagacé) et son père adoptif le feu Frederick Gray.

Outre son épouse Jeannette, il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants : Rosaline de Longueuil, Jacqueline (Sylvio Savoie) de Longueuil, Corinne (feu Marc Auger) de Montréal, Ronald (feu Gisèle Thibeault)(Carole Laurin) de Longueuil, Donald (Linda Deschatelets) de Longueuil, Céline (Charles Dubé) de Campbellton, Étienne (Lise Paquette) de Terrebonne, Denis (Marie-Line Thériault) de Longueuil, Michel (Sylvie St-Ours) de Campbellton et Charles (Line Rivard) de Varennes; sa bru Réjeanne Paquette de Princeville; ses 21 petits-enfants et 23 arrière-petits-enfants; sa sœur Sadie (feu Carl Thériault) de Val d’Amour ainsi que membres de la famille Ouellette, nièces, neveux et amis.

Il repose désormais auprès de son fils Robert et de ses parents.

Les funérailles ont eu lieu le 18 juin 2019 en l’église Notre-Dame-des-Neiges de Campbellton et célébrées par le Père Morrison.
