Obituary for Paul Babineau

1930-2019
Paul Babineau, 89, of Notre-Dame, passed away peacefully at the Dr Georges-L-Dumont UHC, on Saturday, June 15, 2019. He was married to Marie (Saulnier) Babineau. Born in Notre-Dame, he was the son of the late Lévi and the late Eva (Goguen) Babineau.

Paul was a carpenter by trade and did alot of volunteer work for his community.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Marie, his sons; Paul "Ti-Paul" (Rosée) of Grande-Digue, Bernard (Angela) of Notre-Dame,his daughter, Lynne Babineau (Daamon) of Notre-Dame and his grandchildren; Luc (Mélanie), Emily and Alex. He also leaves to mourn his sisters; Geraldine (late Léandre Bourque) of Leominster, Mass, Francine Williams (Adelard) of Notre-Dame, a brother, Lévi (Corinne) of Moncton, a sister-in-law, Lilianne Babineau and several nieces and nephews.

Paul was predeceased by one sister, Rhéa and two brothers; Léo ( late Annette) and Normand.

Visitations will be held at the Notre-Dame du Sacré Coeur Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, in Notre-Dame on Monday, June 24, 2019 from 2 to 4 and from 5:30 to 6:45pm. The Funeral Mass will be held in the Notre-Dame Church, on Monday, June 24, 2019 at 7:00pm.

In memory of Paul a donation can be made to the Notre-Dame du Sacré Coeur Church.
