Obituary for Mary Nason

Mary Elizabeth (Kingston) Nason, 85 years of age and formally of Tracy, N.B, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on July 17, 2019 at White Rapids Manor in Fredericton Junction, N.B.

Mary was born in Fredericton Junction on May 3, 1934 to the late Cyrus and Bessie (Wells) Kingston. She was the loving wife of the late Irvine Nason for 51 years.

Mary is survived by her sons, Malcolm (Jean) Nason and Leon (Jocelyn) Nason ; grandchildren, Tara (Paul) Charlton, Pamela (Jeff) Comeau, Tanya (Jeff) Washburn, Dr. Gregory (Stacey) Nason, Courtney (Kevin) Murphy, Benjamin (Lana) Nason, Kendra (Nicholas) Harris and Lucas (Stephanie) Nason; great-grandchildren, Alexander, Nathan, Brianna, Tyler, Julia, Charley, Landon, Weston, Ryan, Owen, Alexa, Chloe, Massey, Oliver and Amadeus; brother Kenneth Kingston and several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Along with her parents and husband Mary was predeceased by her son Terry Nason; brothers Kingsley, Lloyd, Charles and John Kingston and sisters Olive Lively and Doris Willman.

Mary devoted her life to her family providing them with endless love, care and guidance. Her hands were always busy whether it be in her numerous gardens, preparing pickles and jams or crocheting. She will be remembered by all for her great sense of humour and her love to entertain. She will be missed greatly by all of those who knew her.

The family would like to thank the staff of White Rapids Manor for the exceptional care provided to Mary and her family over the last few years.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Sunbury Funeral Home on Sunday July 21, 2019 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Funeral service will be at the Tracy United Baptist Church, Tracy, NB on Monday July 22, 2019 at 11 am with Rev. Maurice Hatfield officiating. Interment will be in the Tracy United Baptist Cemetery following the service. You may express your sympathy if you wish by making a donation to the Tracy United Baptist Cemetery or a charity of your choice.
