Obituary for Conrad Doucette

(1947–2019)
SAINT–LOUIS–DE–KENT, NB – Conrad Doucette, 72, of Saint–Louis–de–Kent (formerly of Claire–Fontaine) passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges–L. Dumont University Hospital Center on Monday, July 22, 2019. Born in Claire–Fontaine, he was the son of the late Romain Doucette and late Rita (Landry) Doucette. Before retiring, Conrad worked in the security and construction industry for many years. Volunteering on the Ambulance, Maison Nazareth and NB People First was very important to him.

Conrad will be sadly missed by his daughter, Joline Barry (Eric) of Scoudouc; one son, Allain Richard (Hillary) of Moncton; five grandchildren, Keethan, Cody, Emilie, Arielle, Ryan and his girlfriend, Gisele Rousselle. He is also survived by two sisters, Delisca Richard (Valmond), Zelica Vautour (René) both of Pointe–Sapin; one brother, Marcel Doucette (Zella) of Aldouane and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Thompson Memorial Home on Friday from 7 to 9 pm, Saturday at 10:00 am until time of the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 12:30 pm, St. Louis des Français Roman Catholic Church, Saint–Louis–de–Kent.

Donations in Conrad’s memory may be made to NB People First Local Chapter or to Maison Nazareth. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523–4252).
