Obituary for Constance Irene Payne

It is with sadness that the family of Irene Payne announce her death at Windsor Court on July 21, 2019 at the age of 104. Born in Fredericton, NB, on June 3, 1915, she was the wife of the late Emerson Andrew Payne.

Irene leaves behind her son, Robert Payne (Judith) of Toronto, ON, and her grandchildren, Adam and Shannon.

Irene was predeceased be her husband, Emerson, parents, Cecil and Charlotte (Payne) Henry; brothers, Harold, Cyril and Robert; sisters, Gwen, Edna, Fredericka, Beatrice, Marion, and Edith.

There will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held from St. Peter's Anglican Church on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 2 pm with The Rev. Canon Dr. Ross N. Hebb officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

For those who wish, donations in Irene's memory can be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Online condolences can be made at www.mcadamsfh.com.
