Obituary for Florence Elinor O’Neill

The family of Florence Elinor O’Neill (Holland) are heart broken to announce her sudden passing on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Florence was the wife of the late Edward “Ed” O’Neill. Born on May 20, 1938 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Tressa (Jordan) Holland.

Florence will be deeply missed by her children, Steven (Terri), Louise and Carl; her grandchildren, Samantha O’Neill Perry (Jeremy), Jodie Campbell (Luke); great grandchildren, Mackenzie Perry and Jackson Campbell; sisters, Lillian Wilson, Annie Harris, Doris Jamieson and Joyce Greer; brothers, Garnet and Merritt; several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband, Florence was predeceased by her brothers, Howard, Hartley, George and Weldon.

At her request, there will be no formal visitation. There will be a Graveside Service at Sunny Bank Cemetery on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 11 am for both Florence and Ed with Rev. Paul Thompson officiating.

For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
