In addition to his wife, Ken is survived by his children, Kenny Forward of London, ON, Tony Forward of Sussex, Philip Forward (Irma) of Ottawa, ON, Linda Forward (Grant Hughes) of Brandon, MB, and Sandra Forward (Rodney) of London, ON; a step–son, Mike Hicks of Sussex; grandchildren Joseph Smit, Jason Forward, Cassy Forward, Sammy Derry, MacKenzie Hughes, Bradley Hicks, and Nicholas Hicks (Chelsey); great grandchildren Braydon Smit, Luke, Halle, and Leah Hicks; siblings Alex Forward (Georgie) of Ladysmith, BC and Thelma Gorham of Douglas, MB; and several nieces and nephews.

Ken was predeceased by one brother and three sisters.

Visitation will take place at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, on Thursday, August 1, 2019 from 6 to 8 PM. A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at the Newtown Baptist Cemetery.
