Obituary for Eileen Eagles

Eileen Eagles, 81, of Moncton passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital.
Born in Brooklyn, New York she was the daughter of the late Ruby and Pearl Rosengard. Eileen was generous, loving and kind to everyone she met and she had a great sense of humour. She enjoyed volunteering and making life better for others. Eileen cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years Allison; children Cheryl Eagles LeBlanc (Luc), Moncton, Scott (Amanda), Moncton and Denise Paris (Henri), Halifax; Memere to her beloved grandchildren Mathieu, Annie, Allison, Court, Cain, Sophie and Liam and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers William and Herbert.
A private family graveside service will be held at the Wheaton Settlement Cemetery with Rev. Carol Mullin officiating.
If desired, donations to the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital Palliative Care Unit or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
