Obituary for Esther Cormier

1919 – 2019
Esther Cormier, 100 years old, of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, on Thursday August 8, 2019. She was married to the late Alfred Cormier (1996). Born in Bouctouche, she was the daughter of the late Donat and the late Evangeline (Caissie) LeBlanc.
She will be sadly missed by her son Jean-Louis (Irène) of Bouctouche Bay, her three grandchildren; Lise (Eric), Marc (Gloria), Sylvie (Chris) and three great grandchildren; Sonia, Améllie and Annika. She also leaves to mourn one sister Doris LeBlanc (Herman) of Moncton and several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by three sisters; Hélène, Lisa and Bertha.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Monday August 12, 2019 from 2:00 pm until time of funeral at 4:00 pm at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
In Esther’s memory donations may be made to the Heart and Stoke Foundation.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
