Obituary for Jerry Smith

Jerry Smith of Riverview passed away on August 14, 2019 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Springhill, NS, he was the son of the late Ronald and Hilda (Dean) Smith.

He will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Luetta Steeves–Smith; sons, Jimmy (Nancy) of Lower Sackville, NS, and Stephen (Paula) of Bible Hill, NS; as well as his grandchildren, Rachel, Julia, Patrick, and Alexander.

Aside from his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Mavis in June of 1994 and his sisters, Marion and Doris Smith.

The family will be receiving friends and relatives at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd., Riverview (869–2007) on Saturday, August 17, 2019 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. The interment will take place in Springhill, NS.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Autism Society NS or Christmas Daddies would be greatly appreciated by the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.cobbsfuneralhome.ca
