Obituary for William Craig Mitchell

It is with profound love and sadness that the family of Craig Mitchell, 61, announce his passing at the Moncton City Hospital on August 18, 2019.

He will be missed by his father, Bill (Allie Lou) Mitchell of Doaktown, his mother, Jackie Briggs of Moncton, his brother, Peter (Susan) Mitchell of Moncton, and his niece, Lillian Mitchell. Craig's wife, Sharon, his step children, Leigh Boone (Nick), Lori Sprague (James) and Michael Boone, and grandchildren Jackson, Audrey and Nicky are all left behind much too soon.

Craig was employed by the financial sector until his early retirement in 2014. He was sorry to leave his friends at the SAL Group.

Craig was known for his infectious laugh and it will be missed by all who knew him.

A reception will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home and Cemetery at 1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton, on Saturday, August 24,2019 from 1:00 pm until 3:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, if you wish to make a donation, please do so to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Oncology/Palliative Care Department. Many thanks to the doctors and nurses for their compassion and care.

Arrangements entrusted to Fair Haven Funeral Home and Cemetery. A book of condolences may be signed at www.fairhavenmemorial.ca
