It is with great sorrow that the family of Dorothy announces her passing at the Woodstock Hospital in Ontario on Friday, August 23, 2019 at the age of 89. Born in Mckinnon Siding (Moncton, NB).

Dorothy was never idle in any kitchen and would be part of many church functions and always had time to chat and visit with her many dear friends. Time spent with her brother Vaughan and his wife Claudette over the years gave Dorothy the opportunity to travel as far as Yellowknife, NWT and back home in Moncton.

Dorothy was the daughter of the late John Carson and Eva (Robb) and predeceased by her brothers Charles, Vaughan and Ralph and sister Lillian.

She leaves to mourn Jack (Helen) Niagara Falls, Ontario, Allan (Marilyn) Lower Coverdale, NB. Janet, Riverview, NB, sister–in–law Claudette, Lower Coverdale, NB. Dorothy will also be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews and cousins.

Cremation has taken place. A private interment will be held at St. John’s Anglican Church, Eastwood Ontario at a later date.

A special thank you to the Woodstock hospital nursing staff and Dr. Vu for all of their compassionate care.

Arrangements have been left in the care of Smith–Leroy Funeral Home, 69 Wellington St. North, Woodstock Ontario. Personal condolences may be sent to www.smithleroy.com.
