Obituary for Glenna Pearl Graham

The family of Glenna Pearl Graham wishes to announce that she went home to her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at the age of 92. Though she will be missed, we know her life mission has been accomplished. She is in heaven. Glenna was the daughter of the late Angus and Margaret (Lewis) Scott of Meductic, NB.

She was predeceased by her husband, Eldon Graham, and her eldest son, William Graham.

She will be fondly remembered by her sister, Lena Irvine, her son Scott (Nora), and her daughter–in–law Joanne, as well as four grandchildren and eight great–grandchildren. Glenna was a schoolteacher for thirty–five years.

She taught in several small rural schoolhouses in the Woodstock area then moved to Fredericton where she attended St. Thomas University and earned two degrees. She then taught in Albert and George Street schools. Her students were very precious to her. Glenna also taught and attended many Bible Study classes. She loved her church and was a faithful member.

Visitation will be at Bishop’s Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton, where visitation will take place on Thursday, September 5, 2019 from 4 to 7PM. The funeral service will take place on Friday, September 6, 2019 at 2PM at the Serenity Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Crabtree officiating. Interment to follow in Meductic NB.

For those who wish donations may be made to the Serenity Free Will Baptist Church, or the Canadian Cancer Society. Personal condolences can be made through www.bishopsfuneralhome.com
