Obituary for Patricia Boone

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Patricia Louise (Miller) Boone on September 4, 2019 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born in Woodstock, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the late Jason and Anna (Saunders) Miller.

Pat will be missed by her husband of 29 years, Harlan; her sons Andrew DeMerchant (Corey) and Michael DeMerchant (Wendy); her siblings Julia Cable, Carol Draper, Sheila Evans (Bill), Donna Calhoun (Gerry), Sherry McMillan (George), Jolene Squire (Al), Roxanne Hache (Jeremy), Westley Miller (Millie), Colin Miller and Stephen Miller; her 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Pat was predecased by her daughter Leah DeMerchant, her bother Victor Miller, her sister Tina, and an infant sister Margaret Ann.

There will be a visitation at the Oromocto Funeral Home on Sunday, September 8, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Geary Pentecostal Church in Geary New Brunswick on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated. Online condolences may be made at www.oromoctofh.com.
