Obituary for Roméo Daigle

1929 ~ 2019
Aldouane, NB – Roméo Daigle, 90, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges–L.–Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, on Friday, September 6, 2019. Born in St–Charles, NB, he was the son of the late Antoine and the late Sarah Daigle (born Léger).

Roméo will be sadly missed by his two sons, Jack Daigle (Linda) of Barrie, ON and Gary Daigle (Allan) of Charlottetown, PEI; by his three daughters, Joanne Guimond (Jean–Marc), Brenda Richard (Danny) both of Aldouane, NB and Sally Lawson (Ross) of Cail’s Mills, NB; by his brother, Ernest Daigle (late Stella) of Moncton, NB; by his three sisters, Bernadette LeBlanc (late Lionel) of Moncton, NB, Cécile Pietrasko (Henry) of Aldouane, NB and Germaine Comeau (late Roger) of Moncton, NB; by his seven grandchildren, Serge, Chantal, Michael, Justin, Corey, Rachel and Daryl; by his two great–grandchildren, Riley and Myla; by his several cousins, nieces and nephews; also by his special friend, Lorraine Légère.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by six sisters, Béatrice, Rose–Eva, Alma, Marguerite, Aline and Bertha; by six brothers, Ben, Aldéric, René, Alphonse, Gérald and Roger.

Visitation will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Monday, September 9, 2019 from 1pm until time of Funeral Service at the Chapel at 3pm.

Donation can be made to the Canadian cancer Society, the Palliative care of the Dr. Georges–L.–Dumont university hospital centre or to a charity of your choice. The family invites you to sign an online book of condolences at: www.funerairepassagefuneral.ca.
