Obituary for Christa McConnell

1975 - 2019
Christa McConnell, 43 years, of McQuade, NB passed away very unexpectedly at home after a period of failing health.

She was the eldest daughter of Curtis and the late Joyce (nee O'Brien) McConnell. Aside from her mother, she was predeceased by two infant brothers.

Besides her father Curtis she is survived by her sister Joan (Scot) Walker Angus, ON, nephews Seth and Joel, maternal grandmother Marion O'Brien Hartland, NB, several aunts, uncles and cousins who loved and will miss her.

Christa was a long-standing member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and a graduate of Emmanuel Christian School. She loved children and served in the nursery, DVBS and other children's ministries. She had many enjoyable times at Windcrest and Forest Glen Bible Camps. She will be missed by many.

A memorial service will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 187 McLaughlin Rd. Moncton on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 2:00pm with Rev. Joel Eastwood officiating.

Donations in Christa's memory may be made to the Emmanuel Baptist Church or to the memorial of the donor's choice.
