Obituary for David Chase

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of David Gardiner Chase of Armond, NB that occurred at the Upper River Valley Hospital on September 9, 2019. David was born February 12, 1952 in Bath, and was the son of the late Paul and Claudia (Giggie) Chase.

David is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Connie (Henderson) Chase; sons, Shane Chase, Jason Chase (Miranda Ivy); daughter, Heather (Donald Turner) Chase; his three grandchildren, Haley, Cohen and Lyric; three sisters, Paulette (Raymond) Crabbe, Rhonda (Alan) Poynton and Patti Chase; three brothers, Jamie (Teresa), John (Barbara), and Michael (Karen); sister–in–law, Robyn Chase; step–mother, Joyce (Giggie) Chase; step–brother, Vaughn Giggie; step–sister, Lisa Giggie; mother–in–law, Glenna (Henderson) Wasson; brother–in–law, R. Douglas Henderson; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

David was predeceased by his parents, his brothers, Donald and Robert, sister Carol, niece Catina, father–in–law Robert Henderson and step–brother John “Buck” Giggie.

Visitation for David will be held at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 12. The funeral service will be on Friday, September 13 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lorne Britton Memorial Chapel with Pastor Donnie MacDougall officiating. The interment will be in the Windsor Cemetery.
