Obituary for Phyllis Ferguson

The family of Phyllis Ruth Ferguson, loving wife of Robert Ferguson, wishes to announce her passing which occurred at her residence, the Carleton Kirk Lodge, on September 8, 2019. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late James “Mowatt” and Frances (Thibodeau) Dickison.

She was a long–time member of Edith Avenue Baptist Church and enjoyed singing in the choir. She was a qualified Sign Reader and helped countless people over the years. She and Bob enjoyed many winters in Florida during their retirement.

Besides her husband, Robert, she is survived by her sons; Paul (Penny) of Valley, NS, and Mark (Maggie) of Saint John; and her grandchildren; Heather, Lisa and Joel.

Following cremation the family will receive relatives and friends at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646–2424), from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 17, 2019. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel.

Remembrances made to the Parkinson's Foundation or the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
